Our full service interior design is our most comprehensive design offering and involves our team working to transform your space from beginning to end. This service is designed for homeowners who are starting from the bare bones and looking for a complete design, including finishes, furniture, and decor elements that will all contribute to making the space your own.
Our full service interior design services include:
Kick-Off Meeting
All of our design services begin with a kick-off meeting, where we’ll have the opportunity to get to know each other and discuss what you are looking for in your dream space. In this meeting, all you’ll need to bring is the heart for your home and your people and we'll handle the rest.

Mood board:
Once we’ve discussed your vision and what you are looking for in your dream space, our team will create a mood board to help visualize the vibe and energy of the space we’ll be creating together.

Space Plan:
While the mood board conveys the vibe of your space, the space plan lays it out in a more logistical manner. Space plans will help to visualize and understand how the layout of the room will come together, how the flow of the space will unfold, and where design elements will be placed towards the end of our project.

Design Presentation with Renderings and Elevations:
During this time, our team will share our overall vision for your space. The presentation items such as final moodbaords, renderings, photos, furniture plans, and more. We’ll source every material that we will be using for your full service design so that you can fully visualize the space.

Spec Book:
When final finishes, design elements, and materials have been selected, our team will pull together a spec book containing all of the specifications about these materials.

Site Visits:
Throughout the design process, we’ll visit your home to assure all renovations and design implementations are going according to plan.

Project Management:
Our full service interior design offer includes complete project management, from the beginning of the design process to the final installation. We will work with contractors, trade workers, furniture delivery and more to ensure that your project is going smoothly and everything is installed and styled properly.

Installation Day:
One of my favorite days of full service design! On install day, we come to your home or business. We assure all furniture is delivered and that your entire space is styled down to every last detail.

Dream & Plan Phase
This phase gives our team time to understand your vision and goals for your space. Throughout this initial phase, we’ll work to review your detailed client questionnaire and align on a mood board and space plan that exceeds your expectations.
Design Development
Once the moodboard and space plans are complete and align with your vision, our team will begin developing the full design for your space. From floor plans and elevations to selecting materials and furniture - we’ll explore design elements that will bring personality to your space. We’ll prepare full renderings that will be included in an initial design presentation and with your feedback this process ensures we are on the road to your dream space.
Final Design
After working through client feedback, we’ll have a final design presentation where our team will provide the final plan and timeline before execution takes place.
Order and Procurement
The logistics of ordering furniture, finishes, materials, etc. will be handled by Diamonds in the Desert. Additionally, we’ll work with your contractor and coordinate necessary trades needed to complete the job.

What if a specific item is no longer available in the design selection kit?The specifications in each kit are guaranteed for 30-days from the purchase of your kit. If 30 days have passed and a particular item is no longer available, Diamonds in the Desert will assist you in finding a suitable alternative. Please note that an additional fee will apply for sourcing a replacement item beyond the 30-day period.
