A guest room should be warm and inviting with a luxurious bed to catch up on rest, a comfortable chair for reading, and a dresser for their belongings. While comfort is key, the design does not have to fall by the wayside. I want your guests to feel like they are staying somewhere that's well thought out and intentional.
The Style
With this shoppable guest bedroom design, the focus is on texture. We chose a woven top-grain leather headboard, a handwoven rug, an upholstered chair, and a mixed-material bench.
The natural oak dresser adds additional warmth to the space. We added a black textured vase to the dresser to add a touch of greenery. Above the dresser, we chose a gold framed round mirror.
To style the bed, we sourced an alpaca throw blanket and velvet throw pillows make the bed feel extra cozy. Above the bed, we went with a moody pastel seascape.
To add some contrast, we sourced black nightstands and modern black sconces.
